Banking Processor Position

We are looking for a Banking Processor to join the Banking Operations team. The position is aimed at professionals with experience in banking operations, who enjoy working in dynamic environments with a focus on operational quality, process compliance, and the resolution of requests within established time frames. We are looking for organized individuals, with attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and a desire to develop within a collaborative environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Execute banking services operational processes, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Manage and resolve routine operational requirements following defined guidelines and policies.
• Analyze information and follow up on banking transactions and operations.
• Escalate cases when necessary, following internal processes.
• Work together with the team and direct leader to ensure the achievement of the area's objectives.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of processed information.
• Adapt to a rotational shift work schedule when required by the operation.

Exclusive Requirements

• University degree, preferably in related fields.
• Between 6 months and 1 year of experience in Banking Operations or financial sector operational processes.
• Previous experience in banking operations, transaction processing, or financial services.
• Native Spanish or C2 level.
• Intermediate English (B1) with the ability to communicate in a work environment.
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile.
• Availability to work in a hybrid modality.

Desirable

• Experience in shared services operations or consulting.
• Knowledge or experience in insurance processes.
• Experience working under standardized procedures and compliance with operational indicators.
