In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Social Media Intelligence. With more than 4 years of experience in advertising agencies, your mission will focus on continuously developing, analyzing, and interpreting data from conversations, trends, and performance on social media and digital platforms, converting them into actionable insights that guide strategic and creative decisions, optimize performance, and enhance the cultural relevance of the assigned brands' campaigns and contents according to business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Perform permanent monitoring of conversations, mentions, sentiment, topics, and digital environment signals to identify patterns, opportunities, risks, and relevant cultural changes for the brands.
- Interpret and analyze the results of data obtained from organic media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and other networks/platforms), verifying progress against defined KPIs and objectives, and proposing optimization actions.
- Transform findings into relevant insights that allow generating actions for internal teams (strategy, creativity, accounts, contents), enhancing the relevance of ideas and their impact on business.
- Implement and manage social listening tools to detect emerging trends, consumer opinions, and potential brand crises in real time.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and traceability of the information used (sources, definitions, analysis criteria), guaranteeing that measurement is at the service of the strategy and supports the continuous evolution of the team.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly, persuasively, and based on evidence; facilitating collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment, execution, and follow-up of proposed actions.
- Act as a guardian of data, performance, and continuous digital evolution of the team, ensuring the quality, consistency, and strategic use of information; establishing measurement standards, good practices.
- Stay updated on trends, formats, new tools, and best practices in social networks, applying them creatively.
Qualifications:
- Ability to interpret campaign metrics and statistics.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.)
- Skills in planning and managing projects to coordinate multiple campaigns and meet established deadlines.
- Knowledge of social listening tools (Brandwatch, Netbase, among others), trend identification, and market analysis (Trend watching)
- Handling and knowledge of Tik Tok Creative Center, and tools for benchmarking and insights:
Answer the Public and Semrush.
