Content Author

In Bogotá - Colombia, we are looking for a Content Author who is responsible for entering and managing content (images, copy, video, HTML, CSS) across multiple CMS platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of client content, products, and CMS structures, and involves close collaboration with Producers, Product Leads, Engineers, and QA teams to ensure content accuracy and delivery.

• Perform content entry and support the Product Development Lead with data entry tasks.
• Ensure all content is accurate, optimized, and aligned with platform requirements.
• Develop a solid understanding of CMS structures and client products.
• Train and guide internal teams (Producers, Creatives, Account) on content entry best practices.
• Proactively communicate with team members to ensure tasks are delivered on time.
• Identify and escalate potential issues to Product Development Leads and Engineering teams.
• Accept and manage tasks assigned by Product Development Leads, Producers, and Engineers.
• Review and provide feedback on product feature requirements.
• Develop basic web interfaces using HTML and CSS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve content-related issues.
• Collaborate with client technical partners to resolve content server issues.
• Create documentation and support tools.
• Stay updated on new technologies and software through research and professional development.
• Participate actively in team meetings.

• Basic computer skills; CMS experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
