Specialist in Marsh

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Specialist team in Marsh. This position is based in Bogotá D.C., Colombia. It is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

The Commercial Sub-Manager for Cyber is responsible for supporting the technical-commercial management of the Cyber specialty, contributing to the planning, execution, and follow-up of commercial strategies for products and services related to computer security.

We will count on you to:

  • Identify customer needs to deliver the value proposition of Cyber
  • Manage different customer requirements and ensure service compliance.
  • Achieve commercial goals for new business, expansions, and renewals.
  • Offer technical, transactional, and commercial support to different clients, ensuring the deployment of our Cyber value proposition.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with different client counterparts and internal Marsh areas.
  • Support different areas (commercial, placement, claims) in all related to cyber policy placements.
  • Support the analysis of cyber policies, ensuring they meet customer needs.
  • Support the analysis of data, statistics, figures, etc., of the Cyber specialty.

What you need to have:

  • Professional in systems engineering, administration, economics, industrial engineering, or related fields
  • Preferably a specialist in information security or related fields or certifications in ISO 27001 or similar
  • 3 years of experience in cyber and financial lines, performing commercial or consulting roles.
  • Essential technical knowledge in Cyber, Information Security, and financial line insurance.
  • English: advanced (B2-C1)
