Performance & Digitalization Analyst

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Performance & Digitalization Analyst, located in São Paulo or Bogotá or Santiago or Mexico City or Toronto.

Job Overview

This role is dedicated to transforming data into actionable business insights while supporting the digitalization journey across the supply chain organization. This role is responsible for developing analytics, dashboards, and performance KPI reporting that improve visibility, decision making, and business outcomes. The Analyst also partners with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and implement technological tools and automation solutions that simplify work, improve efficiency and effectiveness, and deliver better outcomes for customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that track operational and business performance across key supply chain processes.
  • Define, measure, and monitor KPIs to provide clear visibility into service, inventory, forecast accuracy, logistics, productivity, cost, and other critical business metrics.
  • Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leaders and stakeholders.
  • Support business reviews and decision-making forums by preparing insights, performance summaries, and data-driven storytelling that enable timely and informed actions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather reporting and analytics requirements, standardize metrics, and improve data consistency and usability.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity by supporting data validation, master data discipline, and reporting governance practices.
  • Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes and support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of digital tools, automation solutions, and system enhancements that simplify work and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with IT, systems, and business teams to test, deploy, and optimize new technologies that improve process efficiency, reporting capability, and user adoption.
  • Support the digitalization roadmap by helping document business needs, process opportunities, use cases, and expected value from technology-enabled improvements.
  • Track benefits and performance improvements from analytics and digital initiatives, including productivity gains, service improvements, cost savings, and stakeholder impact.
  • Create clear documentation, training materials, and user support resources to enable effective adoption of dashboards, reports, and new digital tools.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, fact-based decision making, and customer-focused problem solving through strong analytical support and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Operations, or a related field required.

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • Experience in analytics, reporting, dashboard development, business intelligence, process improvement, or supply chain support roles preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and communicating insights to business stakeholders.
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and other analytics or automation technologies preferred.
  • Ability to define and track KPIs, create performance reporting, and support structured business reviews.
  • Exposure to digitalization, automation, workflow improvement, or systems implementation projects is preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:

  • Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement or process optimization experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Languages:

    Fluent in Portuguese/Spanish; strong working proficiency in English required.
