As an Enterprise Planning Consultant, you will architect intelligent planning solutions that enable organizations to connect strategy, finance, operations, and analytics into scalable decision-making platforms. Working alongside experienced consultants and client stakeholders, you will transform business requirements into modern Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions that create measurable business value.

• Facilitate business discovery sessions, process mapping workshops, and requirements gathering with client subject matter experts

• Translate business processes into technical specifications, solution designs, and scalable planning architectures

• Configure and develop planning, reporting, and analytical models aligned with client objectives

• Support end-to-end EPM implementations, ensuring high-quality configuration, testing, and solution delivery

• Build consensus with stakeholders while driving project decisions and maintaining a strong client-first approach

• Deliver engaging demonstrations and solution walkthroughs for audiences ranging from executives to business users

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary consulting teams to design planning solutions that balance business needs and technical best practices

• Contribute to implementation documentation, knowledge transfer, and reusable consulting assets

• Support project planning by understanding priorities, timelines, milestones, and business objectives

• Continuously strengthen technical and consulting capabilities while contributing to the growth of the Enterprise Planning practice

Qualifications / Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience

• 2–3 years of experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions

• Experience participating in structured consulting or software implementation projects

• Vendor certifications in Anaplan, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Oracle Hyperion/EPM, SAP SAC, Tagetik, Board, One Stream, or similar platforms are considered an asset

• Fluent English is required
