Job Title

Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize Hub Spot CRM workflows, automation, and enrollment logic across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs

Configure and maintain lead and ticket routing logic

Build and maintain Hub Spot reports and dashboards to support sales, marketing, and operations teams

Troubleshoot and resolve day to day CRM issues such as workflow failures, incorrect record assignments, and data discrepancies

Manage the Hub Spot UI, custom objects, custom properties, and object associations in line with the established data model

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations stakeholders to identify requirements and implement them in Hub Spot

Requirements

3 to 5+ years of hands on Hub Spot development experience in a live production environment (CRM, API)

Proven experience managing and maintaining complex Hub Spot workflow automation, including large scale workflow libraries, enrollment logic, and branching conditions

Experience with Hub Spot Sales Hub, including pipelines, deals, lead management, contact lifecycle stages, and round robin assignment

Experience with Hub Spot Service Hub and Marketing Hub, including ticket management and helpdesk operations

Hands on experience with Hub Spot custom objects, custom properties, and association management

Experience with Hub Spot reporting and dashboards, including building, maintaining, and troubleshooting reports across CRM objects

Familiarity with the Hub Spot API for data retrieval, record updates, and integration troubleshooting

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to trace workflow logic and identify the root causes of unexpected CRM behavior

Comfortable working independently in a fast moving environment with multiple active work streams

Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes and provide guidance to end users

Nice to have

Experience with third party CRM integrations, such as telephony, reservation systems, or similar platforms

Experience working in a multi pipeline, multi team Hub Spot environment
