What you'll do:

• Monitor live operations in real time, keeping a careful eye out for irregular or high-risk activity.
• Ensure strict compliance with security protocols, operational standards, and fairness policies at all times.
• Detect and escalate any suspicious patterns, behaviors, or technical issues per internal procedures.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze surveillance data; prepare clear, detailed reports on trends, irregularities, or emerging risks
• Collaborate closely with risk, compliance, and operations teams to evaluate threats and maintain operational integrity.
• Document all observations, incidents, and process deviations accurately while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Support daily operational tasks and assist initiatives led by supervisors or managers to reinforce a secure, efficient environment.

Who we're looking for:

• Fluent in English (C1 level), with excellent written and spoken communication
• Recent graduate or final-year student in a technical, analytical, or business-related discipline - or comparable experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to spot patterns, assess risks, and make decisions under pressure.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends in a 24/7 operation.
• Excellent attention to detail, time-management skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Comfortable using standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) - familiarity with monitoring tools or surveillance systems is a plus.
