We are looking for a Backend Go Lead Engineer to lead delivery teams building cloud-native backend services. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, mentoring, and delivery ownership.

You will lead implementation efforts, coordinate with architects, and ensure high-quality execution across backend services.

• Lead development of backend services using Go (Golang)
• Build and maintain scalable APIs (REST and/or gRPC)
• Translate architecture designs into production-ready solutions
• Mentor and guide mid-level and junior engineers
• Own backend delivery quality, performance, and reliability
• Collaborate with Dev Ops and frontend teams
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues

• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise with Go (Golang)
• Experience building and leading microservices-based systems
• API development experience (REST, gRPC)
• Knowledge of relational and No

• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Strong English communication skills
