We are looking for 2 Appian Architects to create fast, scalable, and efficient solutions using the Appian platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the architectural design of solutions in Appian.
• Define technical standards and best practices that meet business needs following high-level architectural standards ensuring quality and performance.
• Review the technical solution of Appian applications and support in key decisions.
• Participate in technical meetings with other teams.
• Participate in the translation of complex functional requirements into robust technical designs.
• Optimize existing processes, applying both technical and functional improvements.
• Drive the continuous evolution of Appian best practices in the development team.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to ensure strategic project alignment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Technical Skills

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Appian projects.
• Advanced knowledge of the Appian platform (rules, advanced processes, document management, RPA, AI...).
• Experience in defining architectures and technical roadmaps.
• Proven experience in developing integrations with other systems (consuming/exposing REST/SOAP APIs, creating plugins...).
• Solid knowledge of UX design principles and ability to apply them when creating applications/solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL...)
• Experience in version control and deployments with Appian.
• Demonstrable ability to design and evaluate application performance and code optimization.
• Ability to analyze error logs, monitoring, and performance as well as identifying errors and problems and correcting them.

• Appian certifications are valuable.
