We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Software Engineer to join our client's team in the construction technology sector. In this role, you will contribute to building and maintaining features across the full stack, designing and implementing REST APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring other engineers.

• Build and maintain features across the full stack, including web and mobile applications.
• Design and implement REST APIs that are well-documented and tested.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical plans.
• Mentor and support other engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

• 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python with experience building backend services and APIs.
• Experience with Django or a similar Python web framework.
• Experience building web applications with React.

• Experience building offline-first or connectivity-resilient mobile applications.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Experience with performance optimization for mobile applications
