Sales Support Administrator
The Sales Support Administrator works closely with the Auto Group's Sales Departments to facilitate dealer transfers and provide general clerical and administrative sales support. The primary duties for this position include working closely with the Sales Department in all dealerships within our Auto Group, with other dealerships outside our Auto Group to coordinate the trade and transfer of vehicles, as well as other administrative duties within the central Sales Support Department.
including making calls, preparing reports, sending e-mails, and assisting other employees or departments as needed.
The ideal candidate for this position has the following qualities:
- 1 year experience in an administrative position
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong computer & phone skills
- Good time-management skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Professional dress, speech, and behavior
The schedule for this position will be from Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays. Starting pay will be based on experience.
