- Be the Contracts lead for the development of proposals, negotiations, contractual agreements, contract execution, day-to-day administration
- Provide sound contract management communications to meet customer obligations, achieve company objectives and comply with company policies
- Effectively manage contractual scope and terms and conditions to ensure work is performed to the overall contract requirements
- Develop and enhance positive customer relationships for working contractual matters to resolution
- Effectively communicate with senior leadership regarding matters of strategic importance to the organization
- Leverage excellent relationships with Program Managers, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions to drive closure on complex contractual issues and achieve business results
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience
- Experience with one or more of the following:
Contracts Administration, Supply Chain Management / Administration - Experience with U.S. Government contracts including negotiations and / or pricing
- Experience in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) terms and conditions
Demonstrates expertise in Contracts Administration and U.S. Government contracts, including negotiations and compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). Strong communication and relationship management skills are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
