* About the Role:

** Uniti Fiber is seeking a
** Principal Project Manager, Sales Operations
** to support strategic initiatives across our
** Sales, Marketing, and Business Intelligence teams**. Reporting to the
** Sr. Director of Operations**, this role will lead high-impact projects that improve operational effectiveness, drive cross-functional alignment, and support business growth.

This position will serve in both a
** leadership

** supporting
* * capacity. The Principal Project Manager will directly lead select projects from planning through execution, while also partnering with other lead project managers on enterprise and cross-functional initiatives to ensure
** Uniti Fiber priorities, requirements, and interests are represented effectively**. These projects may involve collaboration across multiple business units, including
** Uniti Fiber, Uniti Solutions, Kinetic, and other organizations within Uniti Group**.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong executor who can manage complex initiatives, influence across teams, and bring structure and accountability to fast-moving business priorities.

* What You’ll Do:

*** Lead strategic projects supporting Uniti Fiber Sales Operations and related functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Business Intelligence.
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
* Serve as the primary project lead on assigned initiatives, ensuring successful execution and delivery of business outcomes.
* Support broader enterprise projects led by other business units or organizations, providing oversight and advocacy for Uniti Fiber interests.
* Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, success measures, and resource needs.
* Drive project governance, status reporting, issue resolution, and executive-level updates.
* Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and scalability.
* Facilitate cross-functional meetings and working sessions to drive alignment, accountability, and decision-making.
* Monitor project health and proactively manage risks, roadblocks, and interdependencies.
* Support change management, communication planning, and readiness efforts associated with strategic initiatives.
* Promote project management best practices and operational discipline across teams.
** Do You Have:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* ** 5+ years of project management, program management, sales operations, business operations, or related experience.
*** Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a complex business environment.
* Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, organization, and execution.
* Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
* Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

*** Experience in telecommunications, fiber, technology, or a related industry.
* Experience supporting sales operations, marketing operations, business intelligence, or related business functions.
* Familiarity with project governance, business process improvement, and change management practices.
* PMP or other project management certification preferred.
