QA/QC Manager / Superintendent – Mission Critical Construction

BC Construction Group is looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager / Superintendent to support large-scale mission critical and industrial construction projects.

This role is for someone who understands that quality is not something checked at the end of the job. It has to be built into the work from the beginning.

The right person will work closely with the Project Manager, Project Executive, Superintendent team, trade partners, design team, and owner to drive field execution while maintaining a high standard for quality, documentation, and accountability.

• Lead project QA/QC efforts from mobilization through closeout
• Develop and maintain project-specific quality control plans
• Perform and document preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections
• Verify work is being installed in accordance with drawings, specifications, approved submittals, and manufacturer requirements
• Coordinate inspections, testing, observations, and required documentation
• Identify deficiencies early and drive them to closure
• Track punch list and quality issues through final resolution
• Work directly with Superintendents and trade partners to prevent rework
• Review upcoming work and identify quality risks before installation begins
• Assist with field coordination, sequencing, schedule execution, and daily site leadership
• Maintain strong communication with the project team, design partners, inspectors, and owner
• Support turnover, commissioning, closeout documentation, and final acceptance

• Strong commercial, industrial, data center, or mission critical construction experience
• Superintendent and/or construction QA/QC experience
• Strong understanding of plans, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and field installation requirements
• Ability to hold subcontractors accountable while maintaining strong working relationships
• Highly organized with strong documentation and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment
• Willingness to be actively engaged in the field rather than managing quality from behind a desk
