Position:
Associate Banker (20 hours per week) at Cox Creek and Hough Rd Branch, Florence, AL.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.
  • Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, including opening new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, regulatory and banking requirements.
  • Educate clients on digital self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs to meet their banking needs at any time.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
  • Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or other equipment, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations by providing attentive and friendly service.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with genuine care and concern during client interactions.
  • Ability to engage clients by communicating clearly and politely to understand and help, anticipating client needs.
  • Ability to resolve client issues quickly and effectively with attention to detail, providing a consistent client experience.
  • Ability to elevate the client experience by working collaboratively as a team to deliver seamless service with care and sincerity.
  • Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
  • Client service experience or comparable experience.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
  • Cash handling experience.
