Lend Nation is looking for an energetic, positive Full‑time Customer Service Representative to join our team!

This full‑time entry‑level position is located at Branch 4122, 2922 Florence Blvd, Florence, AL 35630.

• Complete cash transactions for customers
• Initiate customer loans
• Contact customers about past‑due payments
• Work rotating shifts and some Saturdays;
  Sundays are off.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with cash handling
• Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment (preferred)
• Safe, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and maintained auto insurance
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Reliable attendance
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States
