Part-Time, Temporary Parking Enforcement Officer

This position is responsible for providing parking assistance, issuing citations, monitoring parking lots, and performing other directed tasks. The hours for this position are typically M-F; 8AM-4PM. Rate of pay is $10/hour. Candidates will be selected from this pool when needed.

• Patrol parking lots and roadways surrounding campus by foot, golf cart, or vehicle;
• Enforce parking regulations according to university parking policies by issuance of citations utilizing electronic ticket writers;
• Provide parking and other information to visitors and university community members;
• Perform parking services as requested;
• Assist motorists with vehicle breakdowns such as dead batteries and/or flat tires;
• Install/remove tire boots as necessary;
• Assist with parking reservations as needed;
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma/equivalent is required;
• Must be at least 19 years of age;
• No experience required; training provided.
