Follow Up Specialist

• Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner
• Accurately gather and follow customer requirements during the initial call
• Obtain complete and accurate information while on the call
• Enter data promptly and precisely record the unit's location
• Ensure accurate billing information is communicated to the service provider
• Handle estimates promptly and accurately
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events
• Keep customers updated on event status and follow their instructions
• Collaborate with the roadside dispatcher when problems arise
• Manage time effectively to prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines

• High school diploma or GED
• Up to 2 years of experience in a related field
• Strong customer service experience
• Proactive, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship
• No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship now or in future
• Must clear a pre-employment drug test
• Availability for the stated class start dates and training schedule
• Availability to work in a 24/7/365 environment; work schedules TBD

Demonstrates strong customer service skills while effectively managing inbound and outbound calls, ensuring accurate information gathering and timely updates. Proficient in multitasking and problem-solving within a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
