Key Opportunities:

Compensatory Services SLP (Travel Required):

• Deliver compensatory speech therapy services to students from Pre K through 12th grade across multiple school locations.
• Travel between sites is required; summer services from June 1 to June 30.
• Work through a set list of compensatory needs until completion.
• Manage a reasonable caseload with the chance to serve students of varied backgrounds.

Elementary School-Based SLP:

• Serve onsite at a single elementary location with a caseload of approximately 45 to 55 students (Pre K to 6th grade).
• Must be comfortable using the Paddynet platform for documentation.
• Focus on effective communication with parents, staff, and administration.

Middle & Elementary School SLPs for Next School Year:

• Work onsite in either elementary (Pre K to 5th grade) or middle school settings (6th to 8th grade), each at a single location.
• Carry a manageable caseload of 45 to 55 students.
• Required to document services in Paddynet and coordinate all aspects of scheduling, including IEPs and parent conferences via Google Calendar.

• Strong abilities in clear, compassionate communication with parents, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in completing and maintaining paperwork for evaluations, IEPs, eligibilities, and progress monitoring.
