Application review will begin immediately and continue until the position has been filled. Sponsorship is not available for this position. Teaching responsibilities will include undergraduate mathematics and statistics courses ranging from beginning to advanced levels. The regular teaching load is 12 credit hours per semester. The primary responsibility of this position is high-quality instruction in both in-person and online formats.
Minimum requirements include a PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematics Education, or a related field by August 2026. Applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in teaching, including effective student engagement and support. Candidates should be familiar with current trends in mathematics education, including the use of instructional technology, and should have experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). The successful candidate will work collaboratively with faculty and contribute to a positive learning environment.
This is a one-year visiting position with limited service expectations.

Official transcripts must be sent directly to HR from the issuing school via email or postal mail to be considered official. Transcripts with a designation of "Issued to Student", or with the student name listed as the recipient will not be considered official.
If you attended UNA, please to fill out an online, electronic transcript request form. Your UNA transcripts will be delivered to HR and we will upload them to your application packet at no charge to you. Official transcripts will be required of the successful candidate before the start date of the appointment, but unofficial copies will be accepted for the application process.
