• Develop short and long-term mine plans that support safe, efficient production
• Design drill and blast patterns to improve operational performance
• Monitor pit conditions, slope stability and geotechnical performance
• Partner with operations and maintenance teams to deliver practical engineering solutions

• 2-4 years' experience in surface mining engineering
• Experience with mine planning and exposure to drill and blast activities
• Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology or a related discipline
• Strong analytical skills with the confidence to work closely with operations
