Responsibilities
- Perform reliability and safety analyses across diverse product portfolio
- Develop and maintain reliability and safety models, including FMECAs, reliability predictions, subsystem hazard analyses
- Collaborate with engineering teams and program stakeholders to integrate reliability principles
- Design and implement reliability test plans for new products and processes
- Drive program compliance with Reliability and System Safety procedures
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 4 years of prior Reliability System Safety experience
- Active US Secret Security Clearance
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related discipline - Technical experience in aerospace or defense sectors
- Formal coursework in Reliability Engineering
- Knowledge of solid rocket motor systems
