Senior Project Engineer – Digital Transformation PLM

Responsibilities

• Provide Engineering leadership to a team representing multiple skill areas, including internal and external resources and customers
• Develop statement of work (SOW) to satisfy research and development, ongoing and new business requirements
• Identify and manage changes to SOW and assess impact, incorporating changes into the statement of work
• Support new project development and lead project execution by identifying activities, resources, and events required to complete the work statement
• Identify performance metrics
• Plan, identify, and coordinate resources required over the life of the project or program
• Identify and define plans for risk mitigation and opportunity
• Compare actual results to baseline plan to assess project performance, efficiencies, productivity, and lessons learned
• Implement corrective actions to improve performance
• Provide technical, business, and integration leadership for project development and execution
• Define and execute test plans for integration verification, data integrity, and performance; engage in system integration testing and support system acceptance testing
• Prepare program briefings, status reports, and technical deliverables

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent
• 10+ years of experience leading or managing projects involving cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
• 5+ years' experience as a technical leader in designing and developing solutions spanning Systems Engineering, Product Lifecycle Management, and/or Product Support Engineering
• Previous experience in using Siemens Teamcenter and/or Integrated Product Data Management (Teamcenter)
• Previous experience supporting Government focused Product Support and Services Engineering teams
• Previous experience working development activities leveraging suppliers and/or purchase services
