Senior Closing Manager

• Manage closing functions for Grandbridge loan closings
• Train closing staff in commercial/multifamily closing responsibilities
• Perform due diligence, insurance, borrower organizational, loan document and compliance reviews
• Prepare commitments, closing calculations and loan funding submissions
• Complete loan deliveries and servicing handoffs
• Maintain and update term sheet and commitment forms for GSE loans, if applicable
• Develop and maintain relationships with business, legal and servicing contacts at agencies and other lenders/investors
• Assist servicing/asset management with problem assets and borrower requests
• Promote a cohesive, inclusive, team-oriented culture
• Promote sound risk management and compliance with applicable policies and procedures
• Manage junior closing staff

• Bachelor degree and strong academic record
• Ten years of experience in commercial/multifamily real estate closings
• Sufficient training and experience to perform and train junior closing staff in commercial/multifamily closing responsibilities
• Experience with due diligence review, property, liability and flood insurance review, borrower organizational review, loan document review and modification, anti-money laundering and know your customer compliance, document storage, commitment preparation, closing calculations, loan funding submissions, loan deliveries and servicing handoffs
• Ability to manage junior closing staff
• Expertise in investor loan programs and requirements
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
• English language fluency required
• Positive existing lender/investor relationships preferred
• Experience in servicing/asset management legal assistance preferred

Demonstrates expertise in managing commercial and multifamily loan closings, including due diligence, compliance reviews, and training junior staff. Strong communication skills and established relationships with lenders and investors enhance collaboration and risk management.
