Qualifications And Experience- Active SLPA license or registration as required
- Coursework or experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly valued
- Ability to follow treatment plans and support students under SLP supervision
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility and professionalism to work across different classrooms and grade levels
- Assist in implementing speech-language therapy activities and carry out intervention plans
- Support students in both individual and group sessions according to IEP goals
- Collect and document student progress and provide feedback to supervising SLPs
- Help create and organize instructional materials and resources
- Communicate effectively with team members, teachers, and families as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school and district policies
