Renaissance Shoals Resort & Spa is looking for a Recreation Supervisor who brings energy, flexibility, and a guest-first mindset to our poolside activities, special events, and seasonal resort programming.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a lively environment, enjoys variety in their workday, and wants to grow their leadership skills while being part of a collaborative resort team.

Create engaging guest experiences
Help plan and lead recreational activities that make our pool and resort spaces welcoming, fun, and memorable for guests of all ages.

Support events & high-energy moments
Pitch in during poolside activations, special events, and peak periods—supporting guest flow, basic Food & Beverage service, and event logistics alongside other resort teams.

Keep guests safe and informed
Monitor activity areas, enforce safety guidelines, and ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for guests and fellow associates.

Work collaboratively across departments
Support and guide recreation team members while partnering with Food & Beverage and Banquets to deliver seamless service during events and busy seasons.

Adapt with the seasons
When outdoor and pool activity slows, assist with banquet events, restaurant operations, or other departments experiencing higher demand
, helping keep guest service strong year-round.

Maintain guest-ready spaces
Ensure recreation areas and equipment are clean, organized, and ready for use every day.

Someone looking to build leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality, recreation, or guest services

Candidates who enjoy variety

A guest-focused, team-player mindset with strong communication and a positive attitude

Comfort helping coordinate others on shift; experience in recreation, hospitality, retail, camps, or events is very beneficial.
