PCH Hotels and Resorts - 10 Hightower Place - Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to our recipes and guests’ preferences.;
Maintain bar area, keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized, and ensure supplies are replenished.;
Ensure responsible alcohol service and monitor guest intoxication levels according to company guidelines and local laws.;
Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.;
Address customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive resolution.
