PCH Hotels and Resorts - - Responsibilities:
Greet and accompany guests to the locker area and provide amenities;
Communicate proper usage of spa facilities for guest comfort and safety;
Maintain clean restrooms and showers; replace towels and bathmats; wipe showers after use;
Stock and serve beverages and fruits in lounge areas for guests;
Manage laundry; dispose of soiled linens; fold and stock towels;
Arrange spa areas (relaxation rooms) with necessary items for guest comfort
