- Configuration, installation and repair of computers and other electronic office equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on users' computers and devices.
- Troubleshoot Intermec and Zebra barcode label printers and handheld scanners.
- Troubleshoot networking issues related to switching, data cabling and wireless.
- Install and terminate horizontal and backbone network cabling per TIA/EIA-568 structured cabling standards.
- Educate users on procedures for resolving or preventing technical problems.
- General administration of Windows Servers including Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Develop and implement technical procedures to quickly address users' problems and minimize downtime.
- Develop relationships with third-party vendors managing software and maintenance agreements and licensing.
- Quote network cabling installations and maintain network diagrams.
- Advanced EDI software technical support.
- Administration of Azure AD and Office 365.
- Help maintain cybersecurity standards and policies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Radley iCARaS EDI system, VMware vSphere 7.0 will be taught on the job.
