Associate Project Manager

• Schedule, facilitate, and lead the transition process from the Sales team to the Services team
• Lead assigned delivery teams to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, quality, and budget expectations
• Plan, schedule, and track project milestones, critical paths, deliverables, and revenue forecasting using industry-standard tools
• Ensure delivery processes align with the care.ai Solutions Deployment Methodology
• Track and report project budget compliance, drive change orders, and remain accountable for project P&L
• Facilitate project communications, lead regular status meetings, document minutes, and manage action items
• Archive project deliverables and documentation while satisfying project review and audit processes
• Conduct project close-out activities, transition processes to Sales and Support, and share post-delivery lessons and feedback
• Manage customer engagements from Sales transition through final delivery and transition to Services
• Deliver high-quality care.ai solutions meeting business, customer satisfaction, budget, and schedule requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Experience with project management software;  and JIRA preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong understanding of enterprise network architecture, firewall requirements, and infrastructure components to support secure, scalable business solutions
• Understanding of clinical workflows and hospital environments gained through direct healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Must be located within the Southeast region of the United States

Demonstrates expertise in project management, ensuring alignment with care.ai Solutions Deployment Methodology while managing customer engagements and delivering high-quality solutions. Proficient in tracking project milestones, budget compliance, and facilitating effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
