Floor Technician

FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

Schedule:

Full‑time; days may vary, 6:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m.; details upon interview.

The FLOOR TECHNICIAN is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment.

• Maintain knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance principles and apply proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment, including automated systems for large floor surfaces.
• Use proper procedures for carpet and upholstery care, including shampooing, damp surface extraction, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Carry out other duties assigned by management.

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role (preferred).
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Capacity to frequently lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
