We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team.

• Pool & Spa Operations – Balance chemicals and take and monitor readings for the Pool and Spa.
• HVAC Operations – Perform routine tasks, including cleaning or replacing filters, cleaning coils, and replacing fan belts on HVAC systems and exhaust fans to ensure efficient operation.
• Electrical Work – Replace burned-out light bulbs, tubes, and repair fixtures, rewire light fixtures and wire electrical fountain pumps for proper functioning.
• Preventive Maintenance – Conduct scheduled maintenance, system cleaning, adjustments, and property inspections while maintaining operating logs.
• Service Response & Guest Support – Respond quickly to service calls and prioritize urgent repairs.
• Compliance, Inventory & Documentation – Adhere to safety and service standards, manage chemical handling and regulatory paperwork, and maintain inventory.
