Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Manager of Order Filling Distribution Center role based in Florence, Alabama. The Manager will oversee daily operations of the order filling distribution center, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient processing and shipment of orders to customers and retail locations. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating team activities, optimizing workflows for operational efficiency, monitoring performance metrics, and overseeing compliance with safety and quality standards.
The Manager will also collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, including motivating and developing team members
- Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Experience in maintaining compliance with safety and operational regulations
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems, data analysis tools, or related technologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Previous managerial experience in supply chain, distribution, or logistics is highly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus
