Responsibilities
- Lead critical technology components driving key strategic initiatives that transform payroll systems
- Shape innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Manage and integrate employee and first‑level manager activities across Information Technologies
- Develop and execute integrated organizational plans, policies, and procedures
- Acquire resources for organizational activities and provide technical management of suppliers
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and peers
- 10+ years of experience in a Technology and Architecture leadership role
- 5+ years of experience in delivering global and complex transformational programs
- 3+ years of experience managing teams in one or more HR domains
- 3+ years of experience in one or more HR business domain platforms
- 3+ years of experience managing and operating in a Shared Services environment
- Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time both domestically and internationally
