The Salvation Army (Southern) - - Responsibilities:
Plans, schedules, assigns, participates in, and supervises the work of subordinate personnel and volunteers;
Trains and instructs employees in the proper methods and procedures;
Monitors cashier activities to ensure the accountability of cash register monies; supervises the preparation of sales records, sales reports and bank deposits;
Directs subordinate staff in the layout and display of store merchandise; ensures stock is rotated and priced to encourage turnover;
Oversees and/or performs the receiving, sorting, pricing, and distribution of donated items in the warehouse; ensures timely processing and compliance with policies
