Ōnin Staffing is currently hiring dependable teammates for multiple manufacturing and production roles at a leading facility in Florence, AL. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding environment requiring the ability to stand for long periods in a non-climate-controlled setting and lift 50+ lbs repetitively.
Shifts available are 1st - 6:00AM-4:00PM M-Th, and 3rd - 8:00 PM–6:00 AM/M-Th, with occasional mandatory overtime.
Starting pay is $14.00/hour with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and wage increase after 90 days. Candidates must have reliable transportation, strong attendance, good communication skills, must pass background, drug screen and the ability to follow safety procedures and instructions. Steel-toe boots are required, and prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred.
Please note there is a 2-step interview process.
Skills and ExperienceOperate machinery and production equipment, stack, load, and inspect materials/products. Maintain production quotas and quality standards. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures. Assist in various areas as needed.
- Ability to stand for long periods in a non-climate-controlled environment.

- Strong attendance and punctuality.
- Reliable transportation, good communication skills, ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
- Steel-toe boots/shoes required.
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience in fast-paced, physically demanding environments. Familiarity with production goals or quotas.
- Strong safety awareness and work history.
