Drill Operator

We have an immediate opening for a Drill Operator at our Florence, AL facility.

As a Drill Operator, you will play an important role in our shop. You will have the opportunity to work with an amazing team of tradespeople. You will learn about our world‑class products and will have the opportunity to proudly apply your skills in machining on our equipment. Together as a team we will move our customers forward.

Standard hours: Tuesday-Friday 7am-5:30/6pm with the opportunity for overtime as needed.
Standard Pay: $20+/hr.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certificate or diploma in Machine shop.
• 2-3 years’ experience as a machine shop operator running mills, saws, grinding and drills.
• Ability to translate mechanical documents and engineering drawings.
• Great attention to detail with a goal‑driven attitude.
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.
