Opening
Personnel Resources has an immediate opening for a Shipping Associate at a local manufacturing company located in the Geneva, AL area.
Compensation and SchedulePay starts at $12.50 per hour. A generous benefits package is offered, including health insurance and a 401k plan. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. until production is met, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed.
Job Description- Wrap ends of planks and wrap sticks together, building stacks for shipment.
- Load and unload materials.
- Use overhead crane to lift heavier objects.
- Familiarity with shipping and logistics processes, including packing, labeling, and preparing shipments for delivery.
- Ability to lift up to 65–70 lbs.
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members, suppliers, and carriers.
