• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per plan of care
• Monitor residents’ health status, record vital signs, and report changes
• Provide routine nursing care and assist with activities of daily living
• Document care activities accurately in the electronic health record
• Respond to changes in condition and elevate to supervising clinician as needed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans and maintain resident safety

• Active LPN license in Alabama
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain prior to start
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
• Diploma from an approved practical nursing program
• Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work with residents and families
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts in a long‑term care setting
