RN - ICU

7 PM to 7 AM, every other weekend required.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Critical Care to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess the experience and proficiency necessary to care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill adult and geriatric patients.
• Utilize advanced nursing skills in managing ventilators, arterial lines, chest tubes, and other critical care devices.
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures as per established protocols.
• Effectively communicate with patients and their families about care plans and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float to the CVICU and CCSD as needed based on patient care requirements.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Critical Care setting.
• Current RN license and BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Proficiency in IV therapy, ECG rhythm interpretation, and critical care drip management.
• Experience with high-acuity patients and advanced critical care skills preferred.
