Job Summary

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Post Surgical – Days. Patient–centered care in North Alabama Medical Center's Post Surgical Unit, part of Lifepoint Health's Health Support Center team.

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies post surgical needs.
• Performs post‑operative assessments.
• Performs wound care.
• Documents timely and appropriately in the medical record.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members.

• Current state LPN license.
• Basic Life Support certification within 14 days of hire.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.

3 x 12 hour shifts, 7:00AM – 7:00PM.
