Role
Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) providing patient care and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities Include- Assuming accountability for delivering safe, quality nursing care
- Applying the organization's vision, values, and mission in daily duties
- Providing care during 7p-7a shifts
- Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience, with at least 1 year in PCU
- Current RN license in practice state (compact license accepted)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, maintain compliance, and collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
