Director of Nursing (RN) - Emergency Services (ER) Overview
- A minimum of 5 years progressive leadership experience in Emergency Services.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build effective relationships within the team.
- Current Alabama RN license (or eligible for licensure).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement performance‑improvement initiatives.
- BLS and ACLS required (or obtained within a defined timeframe).
