American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift travel position in Florence, AL, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience and an AL or compact RN license.

• 3400 Med-Surg unit in a hospital setting, located on the 3rd floor
• 18-bed unit serving adult and geriatric patient populations
• Patient ratio of 1:6
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Rotating weekend requirement (every other weekend)
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating required
• Charting performed in Meditech EHR
• 13-week contract

• Active AL or compact RN license required
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Minimum 5 years of Med/Surg RN experience required
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

• Royal blue scrubs required
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Cannot be employed full-time elsewhere during the assignment
