Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. The position involves collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality and efficient nursing support.
Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and timely.
- Monitor patient conditions and document clinical observations.
- Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities.
- Follow facility protocols to maintain safety and compliance standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Adhere to infection control policies, including COVID-19 safety requirements.
Qualifications:
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred.
- Ability to bring a state or federal issued wear a photo badge at all times.
- Must have completed or be willing to complete COVID-19 vaccination or have an approved medical/religious exemption.
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
- Demonstrate professionalism and compassionate patient care.
