Job Summary:

Assist nursing staff in providing high-quality patient care in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. Ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being through competent and compassionate support.

Responsibilities:

• Support licensed nurses by assisting with patient hygiene, mobility, and daily activities.
• Document patient conditions and report any significant changes to the nursing team.
• Follow infection control protocols, including proper use of PPE and hand hygiene.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding patient care and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid CNA certification and state registration.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit compassion and patience when working with patients.
• Be able to stand for extended periods and assist with patient transfers.
• Comply with facility requirements, including vaccination and documentation policies.
