Registered Nurse - Med/Surg
This position offers a night shift from 19:00 to 07:00, with rotating weekends. Weekly guaranteed hours are 36.
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care for adults and geriatrics in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
Deliver nursing care to patients based on best practice standards.
Monitor and document patient health status and response to treatment.
Perform patient assessments and develop care plans accordingly.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Assist with daily living activities and patient comfort.
Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg experience.
Active RN license.
Current BLS certification.
