Role: Unit Manager/Director - RN overseeing nursing operations within an assigned unit, supporting the Director of Nursing.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coordinate, and direct nursing care delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Ensure care aligns with organizational mission, policies, standards, and regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to optimize patient and resident outcomes.
- Manage human resources, including staffing, recruitment, performance assessment, and disciplinary actions.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
Leadership, collaboration, regulatory knowledge, staff management, and commitment to quality care.
