CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Provide patient care and support in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents through compassionate assistance and basic clinical tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and record residents' vital signs and overall condition.
• Support clinical staff by performing essential patient care duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with health regulations.
• Follow facility protocols and report any changes in residents' health to nursing staff.
• Adhere to infection control policies, including COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
  
  Qualifications:
• Valid CNA certification and active state licensure.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and assist residents with their activities safely.
• Must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
